Update from Barry, August 16, 2024: I am overwhelmed by the Penn State community’s support and very grateful.

Because of their generosity, we have been able to retain Attorney Terry Mutchler, who is a chair of Transparency Law and Public Data at Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel in Philadelphia. Terry will be joined by Erika L. Silverbreit, Esq., and Justin J. Boehret, Esq. 

Terry and her team specialize in transparency law, and have successfully represented Senator Katie J. Muth in a case very similar to mine, where Senator Muth has been denied access to information necessary in her role as a Board Trustee of the Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement Fund.

Terry is also a Penn State grad who is passionate about good non-profit governance. I am looking forward to working with her and her team and will keep you posted on our progress. In the meantime, we are also updating my website: https://barryfenchak.com/legal so please check in there.
